Terms and conditions of use

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.

Deviations from the terms and conditions are valid only if both parties have signed a special agreement that regulates this.

Ordering

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are not, ask your parents to submit the order for you. Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that results in shrimps.se suffering financial damage, will be reported to the police. Prices for the products are shown in the webshop. shrimps.se reserves the right to adjust prices and change the assortment at any time. The sales company disclaims any printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products and services in the shrimps.se's range. All picture information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce exact appearance and condition.
  • Shipping costs are added to all orders, to see the shipping price for a product, add it to the shopping cart and go to checkout.
  • All goods remain the property of shrimps.se until full payment has been made.
  • We do not send plants outside the EU.

Delivery / Cancellation

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays, for delivery within 1-5 working days. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are processed the following Monday or weekday.

You can also pick up your goods from our warehouse, by agreement - then of course without shipping costs.

In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that cancellation of delivery is no longer desirable, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with shrimps.se's purchase conditions. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancellation of a product or service procured or completed especially for the customer is not possible.

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from shrimps.se by e-mail.

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of SEK 200 + VAT, as well as handling costs for the matter.

Plants:

  • In cases where the package has not been picked up, and the order contains plants, shrimps.se does NOT replace plants that have been damaged/destroyed because the package was not picked up at the delivery point and returned to shrimps.se

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you or a third party, but not the transport company, have taken physical possession of the goods.

In case of right of withdrawal or complaint where the customer does not request a new item, shrimps.se will refund the order amount within 30 days from the date the returned item was received.

Plants:

  • The right of return does not apply to plants.
  • In cases where the package has not been picked up, and the order contains plants, shrimps.se does NOT replace plants that have been damaged/destroyed because the package was not picked up at the delivery point and returned to shrimps.se

Complaint conditions

The customer checks the delivery upon arrival to verify that it is correct and error-free. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact shrimps.se via e-mail info@shrimps.se and state the order ID and reason for the complaint. In the event of a product complaint, the customer must request a so-called RN (return number), which is then valid for 14 days.

In all cases where one or more goods are returned to shrimps.se, the customer must first have received an RN. The return shipment must then be clearly marked with this RN. The customer should write the received RN on the package label so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products that are returned to shrimps.se should be treated as if they were flawless. For all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it is not at risk of damage. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, which means that the customer has the right to have the shipping paid for a valid return case. In cases where the reason for the return is a complaint and the fault cannot be demonstrated, a fee of SEK 200 + VAT + round-trip shipping and handling costs for the case will be charged. Shipments without RN are returned to the customer and the shipping cost is charged. shrimps.se reserves the right to replace a defective item with an equivalent item in cases where an identical item is not available.

  • shrimps.se is always responsible for return shipping for any damaged or incorrect goods.
  • shrimps.se is NOT responsible for return shipping when the customer regrets a product and wants to return it.
  • In the event that an item from shrimps.se is damaged in transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported to the forwarder immediately, but within 7 days at the latest.

  • In cases where a plant is damaged in transport, this must be documented with a photo and sent immediately no later than 3 days after the package has been collected. to info@shrimps.se and/or through our contact form and/or on our Facebook message service.

Vi erbjuder betalsättet ”PaysonFaktura” i samarbete med Payson AB.

Betalningsvillkor är 14 dagar och vid fakturaköp tillkommer en avgift om 20 kr.

För att kunna beställa mot faktura måste Du ha fyllt 18 år och vara folkbokförd i Sverige samt godkännas i den kreditprövning som genomförs vid köpet. Fakturan kommer att sändas separat med e-post till den e-postadress du anger vid köptillfället. Vid försenad betalning skickar vi en betalningspåminnelse varvid lagstadgad påminnelseavgift om för närvarande 60 kr tillkommer. Vi debiterar även dröjsmålsränta med 2 % per månad från fakturans förfallodag. Vid utebliven betalning lämnas ärendet till inkasso varvid lagstadgad inkassoavgift om för närvarande 180 kr tillkommer. Payson förbehåller sig rätten att i enskilt fall neka leverans och ompröva beställarens kreditvärdighet.

Information om ångerrätt
Enligt Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen har Du som konsument (detta gäller ej företag) rätt att frånträda avtalet genom att meddela oss detta inom 14 dagar från mottagandet av varan. För att Du skall kunna nyttja din ångerrätt måste Du returnera varan i oskadat skick, i originalförpackning. Vid nyttjande av ångerrätten är det Du som står för returkostnaden.

Information om pantsättning
Vid betalning med PaysonFaktura kommer fakturan att pantsättas till Payson och därefter till SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.

Betalning sker enkelt och säkert med Payson. Även om du inte har ett Paysonkonto sedan tidigare kan du snabbt göra transaktionen via Payson. Payson samarbetar med VISA, MasterCard samt alla svenska banker som erbjuder direktbetalningar, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB och Nordea.

Vad är säkerhetskod (CVV2/CVC2/CSC)

För att höja säkerheten uppmanas du som kund att ange de tre sista siffrorna som är tryckta i signaturfältet på baksidan av kortet. CVV2 är VISAs benämning och CVC2 är MasterCards benämning. Andra benämningar som används är säkerhetskod, CVV-kod, CVx eller säkerhetsnummer. Denna kod skickas till kortutgivaren för kontroll och verifiering.

Var hittar jag koden på kortet? 

På VISA, MasterCard och Eurocard hittar du koden som är de tre sista siffrorna i namntäckningsfältet på kortets baksida.

Varför måste säkerhetskod anges?

Detta är för att höja säkerheten. Dessa siffror är slumpmässigt framtagna av kortutgivaren och får endast användas som verifikation vid Distanshandelsköp. Om du vill veta mer om säkerhetskoden, kontakta din bank eller kortutgivare.

Applicability

These purchase conditions are applicable only if Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe conditions that conflict with them. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also include protection for shrimps.se. In the event of a dispute, it is our policy to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

We reserve the right to any errors in prices and specifications which may change at any time without prior warning due to pure typos, wrong information from our suppliers, currency changes, misconceptions in any email conversation on answers and questions, etc. and reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notice.

Our responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to the applicable terms of sale. We shrimps.se bear no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, service interruptions, data loss, extra work or other financial damage.

shrimps.se reserves the right to, in the event of a final sale at the stated price or due to that a product has expired, shrimps.se has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid.

Club Shrimps.se

Club Shrimps.se is a loyalty bonus program where you as a customer get points for all your purchases with us. The points are validated after the order has been delivered to the customer.

Your points that you get when buying from us are valid for 365 days, you can convert these points into coupons that you use when checking out in the store. The coupon converted from the points is valid for 30 days. Conditions for converting points are that you must be logged in to your account, and a maximum limit for converting points of SEK 100 for each purchase. Promotional products do not give points when purchased as they are already discounted.
