It allows you to precisely monitor and dose the amount of carbon dioxide fed to the aquarium. Depending on your needs, you can measure the desired amount of gas by setting the number of bubbles in a specific time, usually within a second.

In addition to its basic function, the counter also acts as a non-return valve. It protects against the undesirable phenomenon of water flowing back from the aquarium towards the cylinder. It can be mounted directly on the reducer thanks to the attached nozzle or traditionally on a hose, depending on your needs.
